adaptability
education, incorporate more nature into people's lives
Restoration of ecosystems, habitat. Resilience is maintaining habitat that improve water quality
Watershed can suffer some shocks
Sustainable, water resources don't go dry, able to meet demand, putting as much water into the ground as we're pumping out of the ground, not make it harder for future generations to make a living
